01/ WHO I AM
I've spent 20+ years on one quest: connecting people with opportunity. The first decade was manufacturing and construction — literally selling nuts and bolts and keeping machines fed. The second was tech: building and scaling recruitment and people teams from the inside at companies like Rangle, StackAdapt, and Coinsquare, with hiring teams that grew companies from 35 to 1,000+ people.
Along the way I started a recruiting agency, built anti-bias hiring tools, stood up global recruitment teams across Canada, Europe and South America, and made every classic scaling mistake so you don't have to.
02/ THE COMMUNITY
In 2017 I started a small Slack group for HR, recruitment and ops folks to trade notes. That save file grew into The People People Group — a 6,000+ member community across North America and one of the most active people-people communities out there. Part support group, part think tank, part friend network.
